Return:
You can return the items to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original condition and tags must be present.
Since we are still a small shop, we do not cover the costs of returns. We ask for your understanding.
Return costs:
The return costs are €6.00. If you use the return label, you will be charged and deducted from your refund amount.
Your return can be tracked with a tracking number and the shipment is insured.
NOTE: the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Accessories, Hijab Boxes & Hijabs (Headscarves, Scarves, Turbans, Khimars, Nijabs).
